Coco Bella Hotel - Phi Phi Don

Good place with amenities like free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff helped with a late departure, which I appreciated. I recommend trying the full-body massage. It's fantastic! I'm coming back for a holiday.

The room with 2 double beds. Coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators were an advantage. The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from Phi Phi Islands.

The hotel was situated in the very central location in an island. The room was newly furnished and new-fashioned with comfy beds, and I slept very well. The staff members were all courteous and superfriendly.

Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices, and eggs made to order. The super nice team, and the atmosphere was relaxing. It's just a short walk from the beach!

Perfect good budget hotel in excellent and stunning location close to everthing in phi phi. A lot of good food at breakfast time. Extremely helpful and very friendly staff at all times. Easy check-in, late check-out.

My experience was plagued by constant noise disturbances from nearby bars and unruly guests. The staff's attitude left much to be desired, as they seemed indifferent and rarely smiled. There were issues with cleanliness, including sand in the bedding, quite unacceptable.

A quick and honest take

Location makes it easy to explore beaches and nightlife. We stayed in a cozy bungalow. The bed was comfortable, and the pool area offered a nice retreat. Be aware that the party vibe may disrupt your peace! Proximity to local food stalls served some delicious meals at reasonable prices.

I had an amazing 3-night stay with a stunning deluxe double room featuring pool access! Breakfast was super delicious, but the pool area could use a little more upkeep.

Couple's getaway, but not worth it

Location was good, I mean, just off the busy walkways,. A nice pool to chill at. Surprisingly, the Garlic restaurant nearby saved us during those rainy afternoons with some solid bites.

It was pricey for what we got,, honestly.

The location is perfectly central. The pool area is a highlight, complete with a refreshing jacuzzi, ideal for hot days. The service left much to be desired. A rude reception attitude greatly affected our experience, and our room had issues with mosquitoes that went unresolved despite multiple requests for assistance.

The staff is attentive throughout the venue, from the rooms to the facilities, with a clean bathroom, and a newly furnished room equipped with an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe.
